At Rhodes, Hillel students have access to a shared programming, study, and hangout space in the Burrow Hall Interfaith Lounge. This integrated home for religious life on campus reflects the Rhodes values of collaboration, inclusion, and diversity. Students can access study space and a kitchenette at their convenience.
Each year, the Jewish Community Fellows at Rhodes plan and lead a Tu B'shvat Seder which combines the Jewish holiday of Tu B'shvat and the environmentalist spirit of the larger Rhodes community. Students learn about Kabbalistic beliefs behind Tu B'shvat and learn about how this holiday is celebrated in Israel.
Jewish Community Fellows at Rhodes College are granted scholarship money to attend Rhodes based on their leadership potential. The Fellows meet monthly for leadership development, community building strategy, and program planning. As a core group of Jewish leaders on campus, the Fellows are an integral part of bringing new students into the Hillel fold.

"I intend to work on outreach towards Jewish communities outside of the traditional Hillel network and facilitate a closer link between groups and hard-to-reach students.” said Samuel Cross.
